We welcome direct orders through our online catalog. Your secure transactions are handled by our e-commerce provider, Stripe, and all orders are professionally packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Seattle Book Company, from their facility in Dexter, Michigan.
If you prefer not to order online, we are happy to take your order by mail or telephone; please inquire at firstname.lastname@example.org for our mailing address and other information.
We also encourage you to support your local independent or specialty bookstore. If your favorite bookseller isn’t already stocking Hidden Folk, please tell them where to find us.
Shipping and Handling
For customer orders through our online catalog, we charge a flat rate for shipping and handling according to the following schedule:
- United States: $5 first book, $2 each additional.
- Canada: $15 first book, $5 each additional.
- International: $30 first book, $7 each additional.
Domestic orders are normally shipped by United States Postal Service and have a delivery time of 3–10 days.
Expedited shipping is also available. For an estimate of shipping charges and transit time, please inquire in advance at email@example.com.
Returning an Item
If a book you ordered directly from the Press is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can replace it.
